Frequently asked questions

  • When do lessons start?

    New groups open every month. Leave an application and a manager will tell you the nearest group and its exact start date.

  • Is the trial lesson really free?

    Yes. The trial lesson is completely free and carries no obligation. You decide afterwards.

  • How can I pay?

    Cash, card, bank transfer, and also Payme, Click and Uzum — you can pay directly from the personal cabinet.

  • How do I follow my child's attendance?

    A separate cabinet opens for the parent with the attendance calendar, control-test results and payment history. If your child misses a lesson you receive a notification.

  • How many students are in a group?

    Between 8 and 14 depending on the course. The speaking club is capped at 8.

  • What happens if I miss a lesson?

    The absence is recorded in the system and visible in the cabinet. Excused absences are marked separately, and a catch-up session can be arranged with the teacher.
